We are back in the milk and making;
Cream Cheese, Chevre, Feta, Gouda and Grade A yogurt and milk. I have started to make some Blue Cheese that will be ready in July.
We are now selling our products at Mother Earth stores, Simply Fresh in Cape Coral, and the Green Market at the Aliance of the Arts in Fort Myers on Saturday mornings year round.
